"Interacting with the other couples, guided by Trinity and Louis, was transformational. We discovered that our issues are just typical themes that play in many relationships, and are reflective of the wounds each of us has. We were gently guided to find a pathway back to our "us" place, with all of the love, potential, and joy that it holds for us. We had had a hard time with one another just before the retreat but the drive home on Sunday was yummy and vastly different from the drive down on Friday. On Monday, we went to a Norah Jones concert and joyfully expressed our abundant love for each other with kisses and coziness. Partway through the concert, the couple behind us tapped us on the shoulder and asked us to stop because, "It's just TOO MUCH!" Hm, too much love. What a great problem to have!
